Identity Design & Visual Systems

Identity Design

A logo is not an identity. We design the full visual system — mark, color, type, imagery, motion — and the rules that keep it consistent whether your team is building a slide deck or a billboard.

Why Identities Fall Apart

Most brands start with a logo and stop there. Nobody defines how it scales — what happens on a dark background, in a square social crop, on a product label, in a 200-person deck built by someone in sales. Without a documented system, every team member makes their own call, and within a year the brand looks like five different companies. Identity design isn't decoration on top of a strategy; it's the system of rules that lets a brand stay recognizable and controlled across hundreds of uncoordinated touchpoints, without a designer approving every single one.

Three Pillars

01

Logo & Mark

We design the primary mark and its variations — icon-only, wordmark, responsive versions for small sizes — tested across the real contexts your brand will actually appear in.

02

Design System

Color palette, typography, iconography, imagery style, and layout grids, built as a reusable system so anyone on your team can produce on-brand work without starting from scratch.

03

Art Direction & Guidelines

We set the visual tone — photography style, motion principles, composition rules — and document it in guidelines that hold up whether it's applied by your team or a new agency.

How We Work

1

Discovery

We review your positioning, existing assets, and competitive visual landscape to define what the identity needs to communicate and avoid.

2

Concept & Exploration

We develop distinct creative directions grounded in the strategy, present them with rationale, and narrow to one direction to refine.

3

Refinement

The chosen direction is refined across every application — digital, print, motion — and stress-tested against edge cases before finalizing.

4

System & Handoff

Everything is documented into guidelines and delivered as an organized, production-ready asset library your team can use immediately.

Frequently asked questions

What's the difference between a logo and a brand identity?

The logo is one element; the brand identity is the full system around it: colors, typography, tone of voice and usage rules. A logo alone doesn't build lasting recognition — the coherence of the whole does.

How much does a logo or brand identity cost in Morocco?

A standalone logo ranges from 300 to 2,000 MAD with a junior freelancer, 3,000 to 8,000 MAD with identity basics from an experienced one. A full studio brand identity sits between 8,000 and 25,000 MAD depending on scope.

What makes a good visual identity?

An adaptable logo, a palette of 2 to 4 colors, a hierarchical typography, a defined tone of voice and a visual system (icons, photos, patterns) with usage rules. Consistency across all of these is what makes a brand memorable.

Will I own my brand identity files?

Yes — you should insist on it. We deliver the source (vector) files and full usage rights. Without them, you depend on the provider for any change.

06

Where This Leads

An identity system only proves itself once it's in use — on the website, in a campaign, on a product in someone's hands. From here, the system carries directly into web development, paid creative, and any film or event content you produce.
